1. Agreement to Terms

299dollarwebsite (the website at 299dollarwebsite.com and the services sold on it) is operated by Rao Rizwan Iqbal, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't place an order.

2. Services

We provide website design and development, developer hours and code reviews, including:

• Personal website design and development
• Business website design and development
• eCommerce website design and development
• Website maintenance and support
• SEO setup
• Hourly mobile and web development
• Vibe Code Review (fixed-price reviews of AI-built apps)

3. Payment Terms

• Fixed-price packages and prepaid developer hours are paid in full at checkout, securely through Stripe. No deposits, no account required. The optional Hosting & Care plan is the only thing billed monthly (see section 6).
• Prices are in USD. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; it cannot change after you have ordered.
• Work outside the scope of your package is quoted in writing and only starts after you approve the quote.
• Custom projects quoted individually may use a milestone schedule agreed in writing before you pay.

4. Project Timeline

Each fixed-price package has a delivery deadline (48 hours for Personal, 5 days for Business, 10 days for eCommerce, 48 hours for a Vibe Code Review Launch Check and 5 days for a Full Review), counted from the moment we receive the materials your project needs (logo, text, images and any access details), sent through your dashboard chat. If we miss that deadline you receive a full refund under our Refund Policy. Delays caused by late feedback or materials from you, or by scope you add after the clock has started, extend the deadline by the same period and are confirmed with you in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
• Provide clear and timely feedback during the revision process
• Obtain necessary rights for all provided materials
• Review each preview and send feedback or approval within 5 business days

6. Hosting & Care Plan

The optional Hosting & Care plan costs $29 per month, billed through Stripe from the day you order. It covers hosting your website, an SSL certificate, daily backups, uptime monitoring, up to 30 minutes of text and photo updates per month (unused time doesn't carry over), and support by WhatsApp or email during our working hours. Larger changes are quoted in writing first. You can cancel at any time; cancellation and refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a payment fails we'll contact you before anything is switched off, and you keep ownership of your site and domain whether or not you stay on the plan.

7. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on the pricing page. Additional rounds, or changes outside the original scope, are quoted in writing before any work starts and are never added to your bill without your agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

Once your order is paid, you own the finished website: its design, code and content, and the domain registered in your name. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Stock images, fonts, plugins and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

You can cancel an order at any time by messaging us. What you get back is set out in our Refund Policy; you never owe more than you have already paid. We may end a project if these terms are seriously breached (for example, abusive behavior or unlawful content), in which case we refund any work not yet delivered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the date shown at the top of this page; an order you have already paid for stays under the terms that applied when you placed it.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If something goes wrong, contact us first; most problems are solved within a working day, and anything covered by the Refund Policy is refunded without argument. Your payment is also protected by Stripe and your card issuer.
