Overview
OOSH brings the best independent UK boutiques together on one street online. Shoppers fill one bag from many boutiques and pay in one checkout, with tracked delivery on every parcel and free returns for 30 days. Boutiques join through their own seller console.
The challenge
Independent boutiques can't match big retailers' reach, and shoppers don't want separate baskets, checkouts and returns for every small shop. The marketplace had to feel like one store while staying fair to many sellers.
What we built
We built a multi-vendor marketplace: a storefront with a single bag and checkout across boutiques, a seller console for boutiques to manage products and orders, plus international selling (multiple languages, currencies and shipping countries), boutique discovery by location, deals, VIP membership and order tracking.
